Everything during the journey worked exactly as planned. The drivers, guides, and hotels were all excellent, and every place recommended by the agency turned out to be beautiful and worth visiting. We felt safe throughout the entire trip, which was very important for us.
Peter was always available on WhatsApp and incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, he responded quickly and made sure we had updated tickets and clear instructions for the next day.
Looking back, we truly feel that a big part of our wonderful impression of Colombia is thanks to the professionalism and care of the YourColombia team. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to this amazing country.

With the SIM we got from TourColombia Peter and Desiree monitored via whatsapp everything - we got the details for next day's programme, guide or driver contact, hotels, boarding passes. When we landed in the afternoon in Cali instead of Pereira (too dense fog in Pereira that day, Avianca would have returned us in Bogota to fly to Pereira the next day) they found us a trusted driver to take us by car to our destination (we did not want to lose another day).
We loved Barichara and its Camino Real to Guane - thank you Peter for sending us Adrian, a guide that was a very nice bonus! Liz in Eje Cafetero area shared with us her love for the region and made us laugh!

  Peaceful nature, beautiful birds, and delicious food  - This was my favorite day trip from Bogota! My driver, Luis, was friendly and I was able to chat with him a bit in the car with my limited Spanish.... read more Once we parked, he walked me up the road to the La Chorrera park entrance and bought my wristband and lunch ticket. After watching the brief intro video for the park, I set off on the trail solo. The hike is gorgeous, well-marked, and I saw lots of beautiful birds including a Black-billed Mountain Toucan, Blue-capped Tanager, Saffron Finch, and Golden-fronted Redstart. I enjoyed being able to go at my own pace. The waterfalls are incredible. You bring your lunch ticket to the restaurant at the smaller waterfall near the end of the hike, and I was so grateful that they were able to accommodate my vegan diet. They served me a generous portion of rice, plantain, mushrooms, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, and avocados with blackberry juice. It was filling and delicious. Overall, a memorable and absolutely wonderful day!

  Wonderful 14 day trip around Colombia  - We just completed a wonderful two-week private tour of Colombia with Your Colombia! We can only sing the praises of the job that Your Colombia did in organizing and... read more executing this terrific tour for my wife and myself! Peter was our primary contact throughout the process of planning and during the tour and he was the best. Each day we were contacted via WhatsApp regarding all key information whether it was who the guide was or the driver, when we were to be picked up and where! All airline reservations with boarding passes were always there in advance so we had no issues ever regarding domestic flights and this included airport pickups!

We began the tour in Bogota for three nights, then with a driver went to see the Salt Cathedral and then on to Villa de Leyva for two nights. We were driven back to Bogota airport for a flight to Pereira where we spent four nights in Salento. Guides and drivers took us to see the Cocora Valley wax palms - incredible! (btw-all guides on the tour were English speaking) We went to a coffee farm, took a tour of the small towns in the Coffee Triangle and then went on an amazing Carbonera Tour!! We then headed to Medellin for three nights - loved the area and had a special visit to Communa 13 and Botero Plaza! After Medellin a one-night visit to Guatape- beautiful town and an incredible hotel - The Brown! From there we flew to Cartagena where we had a tour of this city which has a great Caribbean vibe -this was our final tour stop! We loved visiting Colombia!

One aside. Since we don't speak Spanish we were concerned about communication in Colombia but this was never an issue or a concern, especially with the terrific guides we had in each location. We found translation apps very helpful with menus and occasional communication plus there was usually someone with a basic level of Engish around - everyone was so nice everywhere!
If your travels take you to Colombia and you want a stress free trip, we highly recommend using Your Colombia, Peter and his wonderful team of guides, drivers and hotels for a trip to remember!

We were able to modify our trip by spending more time in certain towns while avoiding other places that we were not interested in.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in experiencing Colombia in safe and comfortable manner.
I wish I could find similar services in other countries.
