DAY 1
Arrival in Buenos Aires, and welcome to Argentina!
DAY 2
Full day private tour in Buenos Aires: Visit Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Walk around Puerto Madero and take in the modern cityscape. Explore San Telmo for its historic charm and tango culture. Then in the afternoon: visit the Recoleta Cemetery, and take a stroll through the lush parks of the Palermo neighborhood. Late afternoon, evening: traditional tango show in an authentic venue.
DAY 3
Fly from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia (3.5 hours) in the early morning. Upon arrival, take a private transfer along Route 3 to Lago Escondido and Lago Fagnano (approx. 5 hours)
DAY 4
Take a group boat trip (approx 3 or 5 hours)Â through the Beagle Channel to see sea lions, penguins (between mid October and early April) and stunning landscapes in the morning. Free time in the afternoon to explore the city or Esmeralda Lagoon trail (approx 4 hrs long, optional).
DAY 5
Explore Tierra del Fuego National Park with a scenic hike, then transfer to the airport for a direct flight to El Calafate. Arrive in El Calafate, the gateway to Los Glaciares National Park.
DAY 6
Private transfer to the Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the most impressive glaciers in the world. Boat tour for an up-close view.
DAY 7
Estancia Cristina full day tour with lunch (boat tour, short hike, great local lunch). During the winter months day trip to El ChaltĂ©n with a self-guided hike to the Cerro Torre viewpoint approx. 3â4 hours hike.
DAY 8
Fly from El Calafate to Buenos Aires (approx. 3-hour journey). Free time then a unique local experience: Argentine barbecue with local wines in small group (approx. 2.5 hours, they have vegetarian options too).
DAY 9
Morning at leisure, then take a direct flight from Buenos Aires to IguazĂș (approx. 2-hour journey). Arrival in IguazĂș in the afternoon.
DAY 10
Iguazu Falls â Argentine Side: Spend the day exploring the Iguazu National Park on the Argentine side. Donât miss the Devilâs Throat (Garganta del Diablo) and the Upper and Lower Circuits, which offer dramatic views of the falls.
DAY 11
Iguazu Falls â Brazilian Side: Cross into Brazil for a panoramic view of the falls. Then fly from Puerto IguazĂș to Rio de Janeiro (around 2 hours) in the late afternoon. Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and check into your hotel.
DAY 12
Morning: Visit Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado Mountain, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, offering breathtaking views over Rio. We will stop also at the famous Maracana stadium and the SelarĂłn steps. Then head to Sugarloaf Mountain (PĂŁo de AçĂșcar) for more stunning views.
DAY 13
Free day: Take a walk along the iconic Copacabana Beach or Ipanema Beach.
DAY 14
Enjoy a final walk on Ipanema or Copacabana Beach then direct transfer to your flight.
